The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Pamsam Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Your game progress
Game progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or device storage is cleared. There is no cloud backup.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is posted here and ships with the app.
